Black ooze seeps out of the numerous cracks on the egg.  A sharp screech explodes from inside, piercing your ears.  The egg starts splitting in two, and then a dark, slimy claw reaches, grabbing onto the edge of the shell for balance.

You still can’t see what is actually in the egg.  Another ear-splitting cry echoes into the air.  A second sticky claw reaches out, grabbing onto the other half of the shell.

There is a low growl, like that of a wolf, before you realize that the creature is pulling itself out of the egg.

You’re both curious and terribly frightened.
