How do I sin up to get rated in fortwars games?

They're automatically added - like Power Rating.  Just make sure you're playing the right version for your game.

3.2 -> TWC
2.3 -> AOE3

Ladders question -
Are all "official" games ranked on the ladders regardless of game settings or does it have to meet certain criteria to be ranked, such as starting age, ffa   and things like that. Just curious.
