| Any program. Just make what you want to be transparent the same color as the upper-left pixel in the corner. A pixel is a square if color - the smallest size your brush can go in square-shaped. |

| Yes. APE checks which color the upper-left pixel is and makes the color transparent. Fixed topic title. |
