FL Studio, East West, FabFilter
Here is a complete list and index of everything I've ever made and put on my site.
Of course, this site is also created almost entirely by me, but I think that's obvious. :P
Lunar Trigger | Lunar Trigger Made this originally as a stem for collab, but ended up making a whole song while waiting on Waterflame to do a pass on it. He may still get to it, but I thought this was also nice enough to stand on its own as a separate track. Influences are mainly 2 artists I used to listen to on Newgrounds - XsToRmEr1 (Flames of the Sky) and Zero-Bass (the Trigger name is a homage to his naming scheme - Lighti... »Music | August 12, 2023 - August 27, 2023 | Last Updated March 3, 2023 |
Solar Fractals | Solar Fractals Spiritual sequel to Lunar Fractals! More piano and techno with a dash of synthwave / retrowave! I came up with the piano & initial synth melody while we were working on the Progenitor OST, and Waterflame ran with the rest!

Lunar Fractals | Lunar Fractals Piano and techno music by me and Waterflame in the style of classic Newgrounds from 2000s! Tribute to all the artists we used to download this kind of music from - RageVI, XsToRmEr1, DJRunaway, Nighthawk22, Dimrain47, and many others! Waterflame mainly did the electronic/drums while I mainly did the piano and... koto. Yeah, we couldn't help adding koto again! In fact, we also made an entire alte... »Music | March 3, 2023 - February 23, 2023 | Last Updated March 3, 2023 |
Summer Grass | Summer Grass Short orchestral/acoustic track by Waterflame and pftq while experimenting to get closer to a cinematic sound. First half mainly by Waterflame and second half mainly by pftq. It ended up sounding a bit like music you'd hear at a fair or amusement park with some celtic/irish vibes. Special thanks to Denny for tips and feedback along the way!

FileRenameToDate CSharp | FileRenameToDate This script renames files to date created with optional time shifting for timezones and out-of-sync devices. The last bit is what's most useful about this script, as often I have to sync photos across cameras or deal with devices that briefly stopped keeping time.
The script is short and sweet. The source code is included for anyone that might need to tweak it for their use. »Tools, Script | January 8, 2023 |
Wicked in Winter | Wicked in Winter One last track by Waterflame and me before going into the new year! A homage to the original Wizards in Winter video complete with an animation of the Christmas lights! Sadly Santa didn't make it into 2023.

Koto Goa Mangetsu | Koto Goa Mangetsu Koto-heavy remix of Goa Codex! This was made over a couple days after accidentally having two tabs open and hearing both Goa Codex and Koto Mangetsu playing at once, which sounded actually pretty cool. Very niche even for goa-trance listeners, so huge warning upfront - this is strictly what appeals to me (tons of plucky sharp sounds, million things going on at once). Enjoy!

Koto Mangetsu | Koto Mangetsu Japanese flute and koto music inspired by the haunting hichiriki/sho in Silent Hill f's trailer! pftq actually has a real hichiriki he plays, so we weren't going to let that one go! We ended up pulling elements from all the collab tracks we've been making this year - Koto Breaker, Anime Medley, Guitar Chronicle, etc. There's koto, guitar, koto, and more koto! This one taking a much more relax... »Music | October 26, 2022 - November 1, 2022 |
Darkerly Thunder | Darkerly Thunder Once upon a Darkerly Thunder...
A Halloween spin-off of Glorious Thunderzone - Waterflame's Glorious Morning and Thunderzone melodies vs pftq's Darkerly Stormy. Another monthly collab between Waterflame and pftq.

Guitar Chronicle | Guitar Chronicle Chaotic, over-the-top plucky guitar battle with tons of strumming, scratches/scrapes, and lots of ear candy! This one is mainly Waterflame doing the drums and pftq playing the guitar as if it were a koto, although there are obvious moments where styles converge. In some ways a spiritual successor to the Koto Breaker song (or a warmup to Koto Breaker 2). Some inspiration from Osamuraisan for his V... »Music | August 21, 2022 - August 27, 2022 |
Rising Melancholy | Rising Melancholy Another short challenge track done in a few hours to submit. The theme for this one was something sad and melancholic but also at the same powerful and dynamic. Some inspiration from SleepingAtLast for the way the main melody just layers over time.

Anime Medley | Anime Medley After Anime Expo, we wanted to see if we could emulate stereotypical anime / jpop style music for fun. The first 20 seconds was started by Waterflame with some piano and strings, but he didn't have time to keep working before his travels, so pftq ended up doing the rest + the overall arranging/mixing. Unfortunately, July was a heavy travel month, so the track didn't get as much time as we wanted... »Music | July 3, 2022 - July 31, 2022 |
Euphoralysis | Euphoralysis Cinematic-sounding orchestral action music that could go with some heroic battle happening against an apocalyptic setting. Composed quickly for a challenge to make a "strong and euphoric" sounding track, but I think I missed the euphoric part.

Greenest Grass | Greenest Grass Third song in the series of guitar and strings inspired by Bosa's music from Newgrounds (whatever genre that is). The name comes from trying to emulate one of the songs categorized under bluegrass but ending up sounding nothing like other songs we looked up in bluegrass, so we called it green instead. Originally the first two songs were meant to be stems for collabs, but they ended up getting fin... »Music | May 21, 2022 - June 6, 2022 |
Greener Grass | Greener Grass Some even greener grass on the other side. This is made from the same palette as Green Grass - another song with similar style and feel but this one being a bit calmer and quieter. As before, it takes a lot of Bosa's style from the early Newgrounds days plus a bit flare of my own. No idea what the genre is (I thought it was bluegrass but haven't found any music like this when searching lol), so... »Music | May 16, 2022 - May 28, 2022 |
Green Grass | Green Grass Grass is always greener on the other side. This is sort of a homage to Bosa's older stuff at Newgrounds, which had this kind of feel. I listened to a lot of his music when I was younger and wanted to see if I can make something in similar style. Not sure what the genre is (some of his tracks were bluegrass, but none of the other tracks in the category sound like this).

Goa Codex | Goa Codex Collab with Waterflame. Fun track made in 24 hours. Last few tracks had a lot of influence from goa / psy-trance, so we leaned into that and tried to actually make a full 8-min trance track this time. Trance tends to be long and repetitive (and Waterflame initially bawked at making an 8-min track that just repeats), so this track basically has all the stuff we like to listen to in trance minus the... »Music, Animation, Movie, Art | April 13, 2022 - April 14, 2022 |
Sparkle in the Dust | Sparkle in the Dust Piano and strings bit that were leftovers to the more uplifting Sparkle piece from my earlier years. Primordial Complex | Primordial Complex Collab with Waterflame. Short percussion-driven piece inspired by Dune and... Crash Bandicoot. It actually didn't start off with that as the intent, but we wanted to do a jungle-themed track and had just been debating which version of the Crash boulder music sounded better. The Dune part just snuck in there after playing with the percussion and low/deep choirs. As a bonus, it loops like level mus... »Music | February 1, 2022 - February 4, 2022 |
Koto Breaker | Koto Breaker Collab between me and Waterflame from 2020.
This track was a nightmare to get finished and is basically the most Frankenstein collab ever - everything from project tempos being off by fractions of BPM to random source files being panned off-center - but it was definitely worth it, and we feel like we pulled out all the stops in making this feel like an epic koto music battle - like something ou... »Music, Animation, Movie | December 13, 2020 - January 1, 2022 | Last Updated October 25, 2021 |
Winter Solstice | Winter Solstice This is a peaceful winter-themed track co-composed by Waterflame and pftq. Ironically the song was named without any awareness to what day the winter solstice actually was, so it was just pure coincidence. There was a bit of a tug-of-war between the song going in Waterflame's happier direction and pftq's more haunting direction, and it eventually became something of a Nightmare Before Christmas ... »Music, Artwork, Animation, Movie | December 17, 2021 - December 20, 2021 | Last Updated December 21, 2021 |

Cloudless Daydream (Piano) | Cloudless Daydream (Piano) Slow, melancholic piano improvisation I played some time about a year ago. It doesn't really go anywhere, but the melody comes back every now and then for me. The original melody and piece in Cloudless Dreams is much more uplifting, but in some ways, it feels like that only ever remained a dream while reality took this route instead.

Mad Whirl (Piano) | Mad Whirl (Piano) Piano improvisation inspired by Mad World. This is a much older recording I forgot about from some 10 years ago. Bad Lucker (Piano) | Bad Lucker (Piano) Initially something I made up randomly back in April 2008. Trying to clean up the song a bit. No editing - Played live on keyboard (as if everything else isn't? Some people don't think so)
Planning to add orchestra background to it later. Some people told me they prefer just the piano though.
Using the final product for a video I'm working on for Halloween. ^_^

No More Days | No More Days Continuation of "Another Day".
Hit a bit of a creative stump; can't figure out how to transition between parts of the song and the ending - so it may seem a bit abrupt at times. Most of the tunes were played through on keyboard in one run - I think I may have messed up a few times here and there. I probably will remake this song if I ever get the chance.

More than anything, this is a tool designed for my personal use. I only release for the sheer possibility someone might also find it useful. Impossible Creatures Maps | Impossible Creatures Maps One of the less-noticed games I moved into as I was transitioning from playing Zoo Tycoon to playing Real-time Strategy (RTS) games.
