Koto Box | Koto Box Experimenting with eastern instruments more. Some inspiration from Uttara-Kuru's East Wind album (ie Tsugaru) for the koto and some inspiration in the opening flute melody from Sega's games. The rest is improvisation.
It was much more peaceful in my head though; I don't know why it ended up sounding sad and dark. I blame Halloween coming up at the time I was composing this.

Wanderstruck | Wanderstruck Just a short, simple, admittedly repetitive tune that's been stuck in my head this past week. Makes me think of traveling or exploring the world a lot, as well as the anticipation and hopes that come with it. The first half gives you the sense of the initial dream and disappointment that comes with reality; the second half is the light at the end of the tunnel.
